Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Credit Analyst, your duties will include:

  • Evaluating financial statements and real estate data to assess lending risks.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to enhance loan structures and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborating with Loan Officers and Portfolio Managers to ensure comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Underwriting various real estate loans, including commercial mortgages and construction financing.
  • Utilizing financial ratios to identify strengths and weaknesses in credit applications.
  • Preparing detailed reports that summarize the analysis and highlight critical factors influencing loan decisions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in credit analysis or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in analyzing cash flow, liquidity, and profitability metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial documents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
