Dynamis is in search of a dedicated Senior Executive Administrator to deliver comprehensive administrative support for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Cybersecurity Division (CSD). This role involves aiding in the development and execution of standardized management processes and ensuring seamless integration of activities across CSD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance, including drafting responses for tasks, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) within various subdivisions, and compiling program responses for submission.
  • Support technical writing and management for the Correspondence Analyst Task Tracker (CATT) and Executive Secretariat Support Team, ensuring efficient task assignment, review, routing, and clearance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare essential documents to support front office operations and various branches.
  • Organize meetings with program offices, documenting minutes and action items, and ensuring timely distribution to participants.
  • Contribute to the creation of standardized office policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist in developing processes to track correspondence, deliverables, action items, and issues, ensuring prompt execution of all task requests.
  • Plan and coordinate project-related meetings, capturing action items and distributing minutes to attendees.
  • Support the preparation of senior-level presentations and briefings.
  • Manage office logistics, including space planning, emergency preparedness, and new employee orientation.
  • Facilitate classified briefings, tracking meeting participants, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide resources for managing internal and external taskings and reporting.
  • Assist in operational planning and coordination for integrated cyber defense initiatives.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and perform clerical functions such as correspondence preparation and meeting scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies, management controls, and general administrative standards.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare necessary documentation using the CISA travel system.
  • Support the creation of outreach materials and assist in event coordination.

Qualifications:

  • MA/MS degree.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CISA suitability clearance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
