Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Associate to join our team at the Breast Care Center. As a Patient Access Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Registration: Complete registration elements, including Medicare Secondary Payor Questionnaire (MSPQ), scanning of long-term signatures (LTS), and insurance cards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues, working collaboratively with management and care teams.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
  • Experience: Customer service experience preferred.
  • Licensure: None required.
Physical Demands

The job requires sitting for prolonged periods, frequent bending/stooping, reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive), and repetitive motion: computer keyboard. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills; attention to detail and ability to write legibly; ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs.
