Job Description

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for structuring and leading discussions on the development of the product roadmap, including facilitating discussions with business stakeholders regarding product vision and strategy, the scope of key product features and prioritization of those features. This role will consider long-term business goals, and will align the product strategies to those of the business stakeholders to maximize the value delivered by Technology and Digital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Lead discussions with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, including key product features and prioritization.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies in the marketplace.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Enterprise Architecture and Project Management solutions industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or other advanced degree.
  • Experience with financial industry background and intellectual property licensing.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to provide good estimates and realistic implementation schedules for tasks, projects, and initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, and content creation.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
