Job Summary

We're seeking a Marketing Director/Retirement Counselor to join our team. In this role, you'll assist with resident onboarding and generate leads for our community.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive occupancy levels and meet monthly benchmarks.
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies using CRM software.
  3. Promote community benefits and services.
  4. Understand customer needs and preferences.
  5. Ensure facilities are tour-ready through morning rounds.
  6. Follow up on all leads, tours, reservations, and inquiries.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks and support the front office.
  8. Attend community events and maintain a positive image.
  9. Write press releases and maintain a strong online presence.
  10. Build relationships with families and residents.
  11. Resolve resident complaints and grievances in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  1. Presents a professional image to prospects through dress, behavior, and speech.
  2. Experience working with older adults is preferred.
  3. Completion of at least 60 college or continuing education units is required.
  4. Current training in first aid and CPR is preferred.
  5. Ability to relocate and travel as needed for the position.
  6. Execute a strategic marketing plan.
  7. Utilize CRM software to manage contacts.
  8. Compassionate and uplifting spirit passionate about working with seniors.

  1. Personal characteristics, physical energy, and competence to work effectively with families seeking non-medical care.
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  3. Strong time management and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
  1. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  2. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
