Senior Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Case Manager to join our team at LaBine and Associates in Glendale, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in case management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The Senior Case Manager will be responsible for managing complex cases, ensuring timely resolution, and providing support to clients with severely injured clients and large policy limits. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex cases from intake to resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborate with attorneys to resolve liability issues
- Facilitate client communication and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in legal case management
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
