As a Customer Experience Specialist at Best Buy, you will be the face of our company for every customer who visits our stores. Your passion for technology and customer service will shine through as you help customers find the right solutions to fit their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Use your knowledge and expertise to recommend products and services that meet customers' current and future needs.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by bringing your love and passion for Best Buy, customer service, and technology together in service of our customers.
- Assist customers with sales orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Apply your knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and self-development.
- Utilize available tools to stay current on skills and promotional initiatives.
- Help execute profitable growth through critical business drive times while supporting our customer obsession.
- Maintain merchandising and ensure your department is clean and well-stocked.
- Work in cooperation with your supervisor and associates in other departments.
