Client Support Specialist

A+ Consulting is currently seeking a Client Support Specialist who will adeptly manage both incoming internal and external client communications. This role involves processing orders, delivering pricing details, and providing order delivery updates, while addressing any unique scenarios presented during client interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Input external client and salesperson orders into the Order Management System.
- Engage confidently with account representatives to discuss sales trends and promotional offerings.
- Deliver critical information to clients, including sales history, delivery schedules, pricing, permit details, and collection processes.
- Maintain and update client master records.
- Document client and salesperson pickups accurately.
- Make informed decisions regarding hold items and secure necessary approvals for item releases.
- Communicate effectively throughout the order fulfillment process, ensuring clarity at each stage, from order entry to delivery.
- Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams regarding order statuses, including permit and credit restrictions, stock availability, and order deadlines, while collaborating to find alternative solutions as needed.
