Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates activities for the Customer Service Territory Managers and provides support during their absence.
  • Assists with reporting and data analysis to enhance service delivery.
  • Responds to client inquiries regarding basic technical and product information, offering product recommendations based on client needs.
  • Professionally addresses client issues and escalates complex matters to the Customer Service Territory Managers.
  • Processes transactions accurately, including orders, returns, bills of lading, and invoices.
  • Communicates precise information regarding project timelines and shipping dates.
  • Adheres to departmental and organizational protocols.
  • Proposes enhancements to existing procedures.
  • Participates in meetings as required.
  • Handles client concerns with professionalism.
  • Escalates intricate and potential issues to the Customer Service Territory Managers.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn specialized software relevant to the role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • International or global experience is a plus.

** This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office.
