- Assists with reporting and data analysis to enhance service delivery.
- Responds to client inquiries regarding basic technical and product information, offering product recommendations based on client needs.
- Professionally addresses client issues and escalates complex matters to the Customer Service Territory Managers.
- Processes transactions accurately, including orders, returns, bills of lading, and invoices.
- Communicates precise information regarding project timelines and shipping dates.
- Adheres to departmental and organizational protocols.
- Proposes enhancements to existing procedures.
- Participates in meetings as required.
- Handles client concerns with professionalism.
- Escalates intricate and potential issues to the Customer Service Territory Managers.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn specialized software relevant to the role.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- International or global experience is a plus.
** This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office.
