  • Procedure Adherence: Adhere to established procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Data Review: Review and maintain data accuracy, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Client Order Management: Monitor client orders and communicate progress effectively, handling order changes professionally and efficiently.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the client services team as needed, ensuring seamless coverage and high-quality service.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma required; college coursework preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in client service and office support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with MS-Windows operations and common office equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations, excellent time management and organizational skills, and capability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the printing industry advantageous.
  • Process Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing and printing processes.
  • System Experience: Experience with order entry systems.
