Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to provide World-Class Service while assisting in closing sales
  • Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine our direct approach with customers to expand sales revenue
  • Meet with new and prospective customers directly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with entry-level sales and marketing team members
  • Ensure customer expectations are met by providing outstanding customer service contributions
  • Answer questions related to day-to-day operations from the sales team and manage requests for special reports and sales tracking information
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Leadership experience, including involvement in sports and/or student organizations
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales methods
  • Ability to prioritize well and tackle challenges enthusiastically
  • Organized with the ability to exceed deadlines and complete tasks and projects assigned
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Versatile and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Proven track record of closing sales and upselling products efficiently
