Qualifications:
  • Architectural License is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional client service skills with a focus on project profitability.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and project management practices.
  • Familiarity with educational and healthcare design processes is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of local and state building regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SketchUp or Rhino is preferred; knowledge of Lumion and V-Ray for SketchUp is a plus.
Certifications:
  • Architectural License is preferred but not mandatory.
  • LEED Accreditation is preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple project teams.
Work Environment:
  • This role is based in a professional open office setting with collaborative spaces for team interactions. Construction sites may present varying environmental conditions.
Physical Requirements:

Position Type:
  • This is a full-time role with an expectation of 40 hours per week.
Travel Requirements:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Master's degree in Architecture is preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years of professional experience in architectural design and technical practice is preferred.
