Position Summary: Kinect is on the lookout for a talented individual to take on the role of Manager of Digital Marketing. This position is crucial for overseeing advanced email and SMS marketing initiatives, requiring expertise in platforms such as Listrak, Klayvio, Attentive, or comparable tools.

About the Company: Our client is a leading eCommerce organization known for its creative strategies and commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences. They are eager to welcome a skilled Manager of Digital Marketing to their team on a contractual basis, with a focus on CRM and Loyalty program communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement detailed CRM and Loyalty program communication strategies across various channels including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Oversee the planning, testing, scheduling, and execution of ongoing and triggered CRM campaigns to ensure timely and pertinent customer interactions.
  • Leverage data analytics to tailor messaging and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and IT departments to guarantee smooth execution and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, delivering regular insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Manage the CRM database, ensuring data integrity and effective segmentation for targeted communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, CRM, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other methodologies to perpetually refine messaging impact and customer interaction.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and best practices in email, SMS, and push marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in CRM and loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for email development.
  • Experience in SMS and push notification marketing.
  • Exceptional project management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce and retail sectors is advantageous.
