Our client, Kinect, is a leading eCommerce entity known for its forward-thinking strategies and commitment to outstanding customer service. This role will focus on managing CRM and Loyalty program communications on a contractual basis.
Role Summary: As the Manager of Digital Marketing, you will take charge of the planning, execution, testing, and coding of both ongoing and triggered communications through CRM channels (including email, SMS, and push notifications) as well as Loyalty program messaging. This hybrid position demands a strategic approach, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Key Duties:
- Design and implement detailed CRM and Loyalty program communication strategies across multiple channels including email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Oversee the planning, testing, scheduling, and coding of all ongoing and triggered CRM campaigns to ensure timely and pertinent customer interactions.
- Leverage data analytics to tailor messaging and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Work in conjunction with marketing, design, and IT departments to guarantee smooth execution and alignment with overarching marketing objectives.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, delivering regular insights and suggestions for optimization.
- Administer the CRM database, ensuring data integrity and segmentation for targeted outreach.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in digital marketing, CRM, and loyalty initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to perpetually refine messaging impact and customer interaction.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and best practices for email, SMS, and push marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in CRM and loyalty initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with email marketing systems and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for email development.
- Experience in SMS and push notification marketing.
- Exceptional project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Familiarity with the eCommerce and retail sectors is advantageous.
