Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Patrice and Associates-GA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing restaurant operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth and exceed company goals in all profit and loss categories.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, and planning, while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Interview, hire, and train high-quality hourly candidates to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Conduct and facilitate orientation and training for all new hourly employees, providing consistent and appropriate feedback to facilitate their development.
- Prepare and review reports, including Daily Sales Reports, Daily Cash Interims, and Daily Labor Controls, to ensure control of all company assets.
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment, reducing the risk of injury and accidents, and maintaining proper company security procedures to protect employees, guests, and company assets.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to direct and coordinate the organization's goals and objectives.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on building, coaching, and developing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and a willingness to perform all duties as required or requested.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the business.
