Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SuViche LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and labor control.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
    • Manage cash handling and reconciliation, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.
