Job Overview

CPPI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership to the project team.
  • Manage project profitability, schedule adherence, and conformance to specifications and drawings.
  • Develop and implement project plans, means, and methods.
  • Manage and develop assigned staff towards maximum job performance and career potential.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with architects, subcontractors, clients, consultants, public, vendors, and project team.
  • Administer contract and subcontract agreements.
  • Establish, communicate, and implement the project schedule.
  • Manage budget and control project costs through industry methods.
  • Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
  • Manage the Quality Assurance / Quality Control program.
  • Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions.
  • Manage all facets of project close-out, including archiving of documents, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.
  • Process all change orders, including negotiating and assessing cost and schedule impact.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in Commercial Construction Project Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
