About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Glass America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our proprietary software to create daily routes and target lists, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Track key account metrics to meet financial goals and operational objectives, providing regular updates to our leadership team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your exceptional sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding financial objectives, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Auto glass, restoration, or insurance industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
