Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst and Solutions Developer to join our team at INTRUST Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of key organizational functions and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement job-specific training programs and facilitate new hire training for supported applications.
  • Develop training documents and procedures for new and existing applications and offer ongoing training sessions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
  • Generate and compile reports based on findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with internal and external business partners to deliver high-level customer service.
  • Promote an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank.
  • Represent INTRUST Bank in the community and focus on developing new business relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or systems-related field and/or 3-5 years related job experience.
  • Previous banking and/or business analysis experience desired.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Training/Mentoring/Coaching experience preferred.
  • Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI-PBA) or equivalent certification preferred.
Working Conditions

Normal office conditions. Some travel required related to conferences and training.
