Job Summary

As a Business Systems Analyst and Solutions Developer at INTRUST Bank, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and launching efficient business, financial, and operations systems to support key organizational functions and business processes.

You will use data to inform the design and implementation of job-specific training programs and facilitate new hire training for supported applications. Your responsibilities will include developing training documents and procedures, conducting ongoing training sessions, and partnering with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze data to ensure a positive customer experience.

You will also be responsible for generating and compiling reports based on findings, maintaining a professional relationship with internal and external business partners, and promoting an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems to support key organizational functions and business processes.
  • Use data to inform the design and implementation of job-specific training programs and facilitate new hire training for supported applications.
  • Develop training documents and procedures, conduct ongoing training sessions, and partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze data to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Generate and compile reports based on findings, maintain a professional relationship with internal and external business partners, and promote an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank.
  • Represent INTRUST Bank in all interactions with the community and focus on developing new business relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or systems-related field and/or 3-5 years of related job experience.
  • Previous banking and/or business analysis experience is desired.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Training/Mentoring/Coaching experience is preferred.
  • Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI-PBA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
