Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation
- Responsible for achieving annual sales targets and marketing strategies with Vice President of National Accounts across assigned accounts.
- Negotiate yearly account goals and objectives based on contractual obligation and account performance for future years and monitor sales figures regularly by sending monthly reporting.
Account Management
- Manage all aspects of account development, growth strategies, and execution.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to maximize ad-hoc opportunities for each assigned account.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing team to manage account budgets, marketing funds, incentive programs, meet key deadlines, project follow-up, and promotional offers for assigned accounts.
Communication and Collaboration
- Provide consistent monthly updates to key contacts and report sales progress.
- Consult with the sales team to develop strategies for assigned accounts.
- Assist in developing new resources for key accounts to grow overall sales.
Travel Requirements
Up to 50% travel within assigned accounts as needed.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in travel sales, managing large multi-branch accounts.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales and marketing management teams.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Results-driven self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to attend evening functions as needed; frequent interstate and international travel required.
Compensation Package
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
