Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a System Integrity Associate II. This role involves selling repair services identified during fire and life safety system inspections, preparing proposals, gaining customer commitment, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotes, developing positive ongoing relationships with customers.
  • Gain commitment from customers over the phone, communicating promptly and regularly regarding systems integrity issues, recommendations, and solutions.
  • Maintain and update an inspection deficiency tracking system daily, reporting progress and metrics to management weekly and monthly.
  • Deliver sales to an assigned quota, acting as the primary point of contact for customers with identified systems integrity issues.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word, and web-based applications
  • Ability to successfully close sales with a positive customer experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fire Suppression Industry experience preferred
  • Administrative experience a plus
  • High customer phone call background, with emphasis on telephone prospecting
