Sales and Account Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in south Alabama. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consulting with homeowners and business owners to diagnose their issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to build relationships with clients. You will also be proficient in operating computer software and have a goal-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, effective communication, and trust-building.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products, techniques, and regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
- Closing Deals: Develop detailed proposals outlining recommended services, pricing, and timelines to ensure clear communication of the benefits and value of the solutions offered.
- Problem Solving: Assess properties for multi-solution needs, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and providing the most efficient and effective solution for each customer's needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or higher required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, initiative to take ownership of lead generation, follow-ups, and overall sales process, ability to handle rejection, overcome obstacles, and maintain a positive attitude in a competitive sales environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl, must be located in the south AL area.
