About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and supporting the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
What We Offer

Requirements
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
