Job Title: Enterprise Sales Specialist

**Overview**
Songwriters Texas LLC is seeking an Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

**Job Description:**
As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in meeting quarterly objectives by generating new leads, qualifying existing ones, and fostering opportunities for business growth. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets, responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and services.

**Responsibilities:**
  1. Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential accounts, initiating and maintaining strong rapport with both new and existing clients.
  2. Develop marketing leads, preparing them for transition to the sales team, with a focus on continuous education and relationship-building.
  3. Secure a minimum of one new 3rd party customer per month, one new company-owned store or business purchase per quarter, and one new data sheet per week.
  4. Cold call and visit at least five prospects per week, engage in phone discussions with potential customers, and maintain a weekly requisition activity and expense report due on Mondays by noon.
  5. Attend weekly meetings with the Sales Director to discuss calls and visits.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
