Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Key Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • Basic understanding of interviewing techniques, applicant selection, and recruitment processes.
  • Ability to inspire individuals towards achieving set goals and objectives.
  • Familiarity with contemporary office procedures and practices.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • Awareness of the operational procedures and policies within the HR department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, reviewing, interpreting, analyzing, and approving various data, information, and reports, and making recommendations based on findings.
  • Entering data into the HR system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Creating reports and presentation materials.
  • Managing correspondence and responding to inquiries.
  • Welcoming and directing visitors.
  • Coordinating meetings and executing additional assigned tasks.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and faxes, and taking minutes during meetings.
  • Facilitating orientation and training for new employees, as well as researching and troubleshooting new office technologies.
  • Organizing and maintaining both electronic and physical files, while managing various projects.
