This role provides administrative and staff support services, performing office work directly related to property management and general business operations of the association.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and courteous handling of telephone messages and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including reports, letters, and forms.
- Prepare binders, spreadsheets, and documentation for monthly Management Council meetings.
- Process invoices and check requests for payment of services or products related to Executive Office functions.
- Prepare delinquency reports and other financial documents.
- Coordinate monthly on-site employee staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years hospitality experience
- 3-5 years administrative experience
- Associate's Degree or Higher Preferred
- Excellent customer service
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
