Senior Talent and Culture Manager

AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent and Culture Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Talent and Culture department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
