Job Summary

AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent and Culture Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Talent and Culture department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual skills a plus
