Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future open roles within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to enhance and execute a strategic recruiting plan, ensuring alignment within the organization.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessment and screenings to ensure a strong match with the job requirements.
  • Guide and advise hiring managers on recruiting, sourcing, and screening processes.
  • Engage managers with hiring and employment data around candidate pipeline availability, market compensation trends, sourcing, interview, and selection tools.
  • Develop a recruitment strategy focused on job posting optimization, recruiting marketing development, digital and non-digital social media marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
Requirements:
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a strategic talent acquisition role is required. Experience in the food manufacturing or CPG industry is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including requirements for federal contractors (e.g., OFCCP compliance).
  • Proven sourcing expertise including knowledge and practical experience with recruitment tools including applicant tracking system(s), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with a proven record of collaboration cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills with a consistent record of delivering results.
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations.
