Stewart Talent Los Angeles is seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Agency Assistant to join their Theatrical (TV/Film/Theater) Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and a passion for the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to agents in the TV/Film/Theater Division, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling auditions, reviewing material, and generating and scheduling auditions.
  • Oversee interns and coordinate with casting directors, managers, and publicists.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Knowledge of PC and MAC and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
