Talent Agency Assistant

Stewart Talent Los Angeles is seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Agency Assistant to join their Theatrical (TV/Film/Theater) Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and a passion for the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to agents in the TV/Film/Theater Division, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling auditions, reviewing material, and generating and scheduling auditions.
- Oversee interns and coordinate with casting directors, managers, and publicists.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Knowledge of PC and MAC and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience in the entertainment industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of Breakdown Services, LA Casting, and Casting Networks.
- Video editing skills, either iMovie or Adobe Premiere Pro.
