Job Opportunity

ClearDATA Networks, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Managed Security Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth through strategic planning, product development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive solution roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and insights, informing solution development decisions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements, influencing product strategy and decision-making.
  • Monitor key product metrics, user feedback, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to optimize solution performance and drive customer success.
  • Serve as the internal and external evangelist, communicating product vision and roadmap to sales, marketing, partners, and customers.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management in the cybersecurity/managed security services space or related field.
  • Strong understanding of managed security and compliance services, managed cloud, and related industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with internal cross-functional teams and with customers, field teams, and partners.
  • Strong analytic approach and bias for data-based judgment, with experience leveraging customer insights to drive product decisions.
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
