Cybersecurity Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team at Unreal Gigs. As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients protect their digital assets and navigate the ever-changing threat landscape.

• Security Assessments and Audits
  • Conduct thorough security assessments and audits of client environments to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance gaps. You will provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations to improve security postures.
• Cybersecurity Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for clients, including risk management frameworks, threat modeling, and security policies. You will tailor solutions that align with the client's business goals while ensuring robust protection.
• Incident Response Planning and Support
  • Assist clients in developing and refining incident response plans, ensuring they are prepared to detect, contain, and respond to cyberattacks. You will provide guidance during actual incidents, helping clients recover quickly and minimize damage.
• Compliance and Regulatory Guidance
  • Provide expert advice on industry regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO. You will ensure that clients are meeting regulatory requirements and implementing security controls that reduce risk.
• Security Architecture and Solution Design
  • Design and implement security architectures and solutions that protect client systems, networks, and applications. You will ensure that security measures are integrated into IT infrastructures, including identity management, encryption, and network security.
• Risk Management and Threat Analysis
  • Perform risk assessments and threat analyses to identify potential attack vectors and weaknesses. You will help clients prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies to reduce the likelihood and impact of cyberattacks.
• Client Education and Training
  • Provide training and awareness programs to educate client teams on cybersecurity best practices, threat awareness, and incident response. You will foster a security-first mindset across all departments of the organization.

• Cybersecurity Expertise
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, threat landscapes, and best practices, including experience with network security, encryption, identity management, and incident response.
• Consulting Experience
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, with a track record of assessing security postures and developing strategic security solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Strong background in risk assessment, threat modeling, and regulatory compliance, with experience guiding clients through compliance challenges (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree

• Certifications
  • Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or similar are highly desirable.

• 5+ Years of Experience
