Position Overview:
As a Senior Communications and Signal Processing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in innovating and enhancing communication systems, particularly in challenging channel environments.

Security Clearance:
Active security clearance is mandatory. Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and development of advanced DSP algorithms tailored for communication systems.
2. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create software-defined radio solutions.
3. Investigate and propose novel approaches to complex communication challenges.
4. Support business development initiatives by drafting proposals, white papers, and technical documentation.
5. Deliver insightful technical presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Mentor junior engineers and assist in the advancement of new technologies.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with over 10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing efficient DSP algorithms for communication systems.
- Proficient in working with spread spectrum signals and understanding the complexities involved in signal processing algorithms.
- Familiarity with digital communication systems, channel coding techniques, and modulation theory.
- Experience with software-defined radios and adept in prototyping, simulating, and testing systems using MATLAB.
