About the Role

The Vascular Care Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Procedural Nurse to oversee the daily operations of our endovascular center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the endovascular center, including staff management, inventory control, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Patient Care: Ensure that patients receive high-quality care from pre-procedure to discharge, including monitoring vital signs, administering sedation, and providing post-procedure care.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with AAAASF standards, including infection control, safety audits, and patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff, including credentialing, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical leadership and management company to develop and implement policies and procedures, and to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, with a minimum of a BSN degree.
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification, with IR experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience: ICU or ED experience required, with moderate sedation experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
