CWMD Watch Training Specialist

SGI Global is seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to support the CWMD Watch Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and certification, with experience in CBRN operations and watch training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the CWMD Watch training plan, including updating new tasks and developing curriculum for new tasks.
- Train and certify vendor Watch Officer personnel, the Technical Editor, and the Site Lead.
- Perform remedial training with watch officers who display difficulty with performing specific tasks or perform tasks incorrectly.
- Work with the Site Lead and Federal Team Lead to provide feedback on personnel who cannot perform tasks to standard.
- Develop and update training curriculum to ensure proficiency in CBRN operations and watch training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' related experience in training and certification.
- Ability to obtain DHS Suitability and possess a TS/SCI clearance.
