Job Description

SGI Global is seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to support the CWMD Watch Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and certification, with experience in CBRN operations and watch training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the CWMD Watch training plan, including updating new tasks and developing curriculum for new tasks.
  • Train and certify vendor Watch Officer personnel, the Technical Editor, and the Site Lead.
  • Perform remedial training with watch officers who display difficulty with performing specific tasks or perform tasks incorrectly.
  • Work with the Site Lead and Federal Team Lead to provide feedback on personnel who cannot perform tasks to standard.
  • Develop and update training curriculum to ensure proficiency in CBRN operations and watch training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' related experience in training and certification.
  • Ability to obtain DHS Suitability and possess a TS/SCI clearance.
