Senior Systems Administrator and Training Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator and Training Specialist to join our GALE Support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration and training, with experience in developing and executing training plans for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute training plans for users.
  • Develop training materials for GALE, including manuals, guides, videos, and blog posts.
  • Train GALE in formal and informal environments.
  • Provide input on changes to future versions of GALE.
  • Perform Ad Hoc analytic tasks for other groups in our organization or for external customers.
  • Support external users and admins through our help desk.
  • Test new builds of GALE and write up any problems.
  • Perform basic GALE system administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6 to 10 years of experience; masters degree and 4 to 6 years of experience; (in lieu of Bachelors degree, 6 additional years of relevant experience)
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI
  • 4+ years of professional/full-time experience with SIGINT or multi-spectrum analysis
  • Experience teaching or training in a classroom setting
  • Experience creating training materials and software documentation
  • Strong Word/PowerPoint skills
