Job Opportunity

Dexis Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for host nation security forces and defense sector representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop customized training programs and curricula tailored to meet client requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and lead instructor for training courses.
  • Develop training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, evaluations, and analyses to measure training effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in relevant training areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a subject matter expert or trainer in one or more of the specified training areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant military manuals, regulations, and doctrine.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
