Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $170,000 - $200,000 per year, plus equity and other benefits. The actual compensation will be based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate / Manager, Revenue Operations & Strategy to join our Strategy & Operations team in NYC. This hybrid role involves working closely with the CEO and GTM leadership to support strategic plan definition and execution, as well as delivering critical projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic and operational questions from global GTM leadership.
- Develop performance tracking frameworks and insights to report to C-suite and GTM leadership.
- Define and own incentive framework, target attainment, and capacity planning models.
- Framed and automate weekly reporting dashboards for the GTM leadership team, collaborating with Marketing Operations, Data & Systems teams.
- Perform change management to drive adoption of new processes, analytics, and methodologies within GTM leadership and across the organization, collaborating with Enablement function.
- Design, launch, and lead global transformation programs to deliver improvements to our GTM operating model, including implementing standard SaaS processes.
- Collaborate with SDR/BDR, Partnership, Account Executives, Customer Success, and Systems teams to optimize sales and success tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue or business operations in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Analytical and data-driven approach, with mastery of analytical tools or ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and making sound decisions.
- Solid business sense, excellent communication skills, and results-driven attitude.
- Results-oriented, analytical yet empathic leader who can inspire and motivate others.
