Aircall is seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing performance tracking frameworks, analyzing data, and delivering strategic projects.

As a key member of the Strategy & Operations team, you will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive business growth and improve operating efficiency. Your analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in revenue or business operations, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment. Direct experience in Sales or Success Operations is a plus. You should be comfortable working with analytical tools such as Looker, SQL, and Salesforce reports.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, wellness and commuter reimbursements, and generous parental leave policy.
