Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Zeus Fire & Security is seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our IT team, you will work closely with the CIO to support various projects, identify business needs, and propose IT solutions to evaluate stakeholders' existing components and ensure that final solutions meet organizational needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution of the IT roadmap, solving project issues and risks through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication, and mediation.
  • Participate in and/or lead project management process improvement and best practice assignments.
  • Influence both technology teams and business leadership to adhere to agreed project outcomes and schedules, and transform inefficient business processes while adopting new technology.
  • Drive external contractors and technology vendors to adhere to schedules and deliver on commitments to the program.
  • Direct the project from initiation through implementation and go-live, planning and directing schedules that complete on time, within scope, and budget, meeting and/or exceeding quality standards.
  • Work on complete issues using insights from data for decision-making.
  • Experience with UML design.
  • Execute projects using Agile methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban.
  • Develop solutions that tackle user problems.
  • Ability to get results with a sense of urgency and influence program team members across various levels of leadership.
  • Critical thinking with a focus on execution and quality of outcomes.
  • Proven track record and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and summarize clear messages into executive communications and presentations, using sophisticated PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem analysis capabilities.
  • General data analytics using Excel in support of key performance indicators and metrics.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
  • 8+ years of previous supervisory/management experience as a leader in the IT PMO.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment, including 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech corporate environment with multi-function teams.
  • PMP or other project management certifications preferred.
  • Experience implementing or integrating Sales Technologies (i.e. Salesforce, CPQ, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
  • Balanced business/technical background.
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
  • Hands-on operational experience in a high-volume and critical production service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategic programs within the time, resource, and budget constraints and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
  • Works well with peers and team members to build a stronger team both inside and outside the assigned area of responsibility.
