LEAD Program Overview:

Access is on the lookout for exceptional candidates to join its LEAD Program. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to nurture top-tier marketing and business development talent within the Access investment framework.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for high-potential individuals to learn, implement, and refine a successful sourcing and origination strategy that has generated significant value for Access across various applications.

As a participant, you will gain hands-on experience collaborating with seasoned Corporate Development, Sales, and Marketing executives at an Access portfolio company, as well as senior investment professionals at Access.


Within the LEAD program, you will be at the forefront of key value creation initiatives, while also learning to utilize a variety of contemporary digital tools and technologies.

Participants will work directly with portfolio sales and marketing leaders to design outreach strategies and digital campaigns aimed at generating business development opportunities, including substantial contract prospects and new customer partnerships.


Those who join the LEAD Program will collaborate with an Access portfolio company alongside the Access Digital Origination team and corporate executives to propel critical business development efforts.

Participants will receive training from Access to cultivate a comprehensive digital marketing skill set and gain in-depth knowledge of digital sourcing and origination strategies across multiple dimensions.


During the initial year of the program, members will engage in onboarding and training sessions led by Access at its new headquarters, designed to foster a solid understanding of our digital tools and capabilities.

Upon completing training, you may have the option to work remotely or relocate to the company's headquarters to support the execution of Access' proven origination strategy at their portfolio company.

Through this program, you will gain direct exposure to various facets of the Access Holdings ecosystem.

Participants will be well-positioned to advance their careers towards numerous Marketing and Sales roles within the ecosystem in the long run.
