As a key member of our IT team, you will work closely with the CIO to support various projects, identify business needs, and propose IT solutions to evaluate a client's existing components and ensure that final solutions meet organizational needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Project Management: Manage planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution of IT roadmap. Solve project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication, and mediation.
  • Project Improvement: Participate and/or lead project management process improvement and best practice assignments.
  • Business Alignment: Influence both technology teams and business leadership to adhere to agreed project outcomes and schedules, and transform inefficient business processes while adopting new technology.
  • Vendor Management: Drive external contractors and technology vendors to adhere to schedules and deliver on commitments to the program.
  • Project Delivery: Direct the project from initiation through implementation and go-live, planning and directing schedules that complete on time, within scope, and budget, meeting and/or exceeding quality standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Work on complete issues using insights from data for decision-making.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with UML design.
  • Agile Methodologies: Execute projects using Agile methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban.

  • Results-Oriented: Ability to get results with a sense of urgency and influence program team members across various levels of leadership.

  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to develop and summarize clear messages into executive communications and presentations, using sophisticated PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem analysis capabilities.
  • Data Analytics: General data analytics using Excel in support of key performance indicators and metrics.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: BA/BS in Information Security/Computer Science.
  • Experience: 8+ years of previous supervisory/management experience as a leader in the IT PMO.
  • Project Management: Solid understanding of SDLC models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment, including 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech corporate environment with multi-function teams.
  • Certifications: PMP preferred.
  • Methodologies: Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
  • Business Acumen: Balanced business/technical background.
  • Technical Expertise: Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
  • Operational Experience: Hands-on operational experience in a high-volume and critical production service environment.
  • Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to execute strategic programs within the time, resource, and budget constraints and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
  • Teamwork: Works well with peers and team members to build a stronger team both inside and outside the assigned area of responsibility.
