Key Responsibilities:
- Engage collaboratively with departments such as Business Development, Estimating, and Operations to define project strategies and deliverables during the preconstruction phase.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and consultants.
- Facilitate client communications with the project team.
- Compile comprehensive preconstruction deliverables.
- Contribute to the Value Management process.
- Create and oversee preconstruction schedules, master project timelines, and site logistics plans.
- Lead the estimating process for both Preconstruction and Hard Bid projects.
- Manage the acquisition of necessary project permits.
- Direct the constructability review process.
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Assist in transitioning projects into the construction phase.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on procurement strategies and planning.
- Support proposal development and presentations.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with a focus on management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction and/or project management.
- Fundamental understanding of building systems and the construction process.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with all stakeholders involved in the project.
