Head of Sales Leadership

At TourAxis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key partners, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the travel industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Oversee contract negotiations and close deals with key clients.
- Stay updated with industry developments to ensure competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales leadership roles
- Experience scaling up in an organisation is advantageous
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar senior sales role in the travel or tourism industry will be preferable.
