Position Overview

The Senior Quantitative Analyst will be an integral part of the analytics team within Football Operations. This role provides exposure to various aspects of the modern NFL front office, including player assessment, game strategy, resource distribution, sports science, and player advancement. The ideal candidate will leverage football data to extract insights and enhance decision-making processes. Strong quantitative skills are essential for analyzing complex challenges, along with the technical expertise to effectively implement solutions. A solid foundation in statistical modeling is expected.

  • Preferred graduate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities
  • Proven experience in statistics and machine learning
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis using statistical software (R, Python, SQL)
