Role Overview: Director of Quantitative Research

In the capacity of Director of Quantitative Research, you will be instrumental in overseeing and managing client accounts, ensuring the effective execution of all project initiatives, nurturing existing partnerships, and driving account expansion.

Your extensive background in research project oversight will enable you to comprehend client requirements, formulate customized Requests for Proposals (RfPs) and projects, and guide your team in delivering outstanding service. Your business insight will be crucial as you assess account development, collaborate with the Commercial team, and partner closely with Consultancy to provide integrated solutions for clients.

Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and cultivating the skills of junior team members. Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated history of managing intricate quantitative primary pharmaceutical research with a robust understanding of diverse therapeutic areas.
  • Quantitative Expertise: Extensive experience in steering projects from inception to completion. Proficient in analyzing complex, detailed data to derive insights and formulate recommendations.
