Position Overview

The Senior Quantitative Analyst will play a crucial role within the analytics team in Football Operations. This position offers exposure to various aspects of a modern NFL front office, including player assessment, game strategy, resource distribution, sports science, and athlete development. The ideal candidate will leverage football data to extract insights and enhance decision-making processes. Strong quantitative skills are essential for analyzing complex challenges, alongside the technical expertise to effectively implement innovative solutions. A solid foundation in statistical modeling is expected.

Key Qualifications

  • Preferred graduate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities
  • Proven experience in statistics and machine learning methodologies
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis using statistical software (R, Python, SQL)
