Position Overview
The Senior Quantitative Analyst will play a crucial role within the analytics team in Football Operations. This position offers exposure to various aspects of a modern NFL front office, including player assessment, game strategy, resource distribution, sports science, and athlete development. The ideal candidate will leverage football data to extract insights and enhance decision-making processes. Strong quantitative skills are essential for analyzing complex challenges, alongside the technical expertise to effectively implement innovative solutions. A solid foundation in statistical modeling is expected.
Key Qualifications
- Preferred graduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities
- Proven experience in statistics and machine learning methodologies
- Proficiency in data management and analysis using statistical software (R, Python, SQL)
- Skills in software development and data visualization
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach
