Job Overview

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers and aggressively seeking and securing new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors and entry doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and entry doors and related door products and services.
  • Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, hospitals in St. Louis and surrounding areas.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years outside sales experience.
  • Experience with Blue Prints/Plans and Specs highly desired.
  • Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
