Job Title: Direct Sales Representative

Gateway Fiber is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial customer acquisition and serving as the external face of Gateway Fiber.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales goals using a consultative sales approach.
  • Develop and execute a successful sales strategy to build robust residential and business sales funnels.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including canvassing residential and multi-unit dwellings.
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and present fiber-based broadband solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Update and maintain CRM database and opportunity funnel daily.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales events to increase awareness for Gateway Fiber and grow our market share.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Requirements:
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Successful sales background, preferably in outside sales.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
