Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Property Administration to join our team at Residential ONE LLC. This role will provide strategic leadership and administrative support to the Regional Directors in their daily oversight of properties.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a strong understanding of property management software and reporting. They will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, reviewing financial reports, and coordinating with site managers to ensure smooth operations.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401k and paid time off.
